Always supporting daily, providing valuable feedback and helping me succeed every step of the way
They are truly invested in my success, happiness and ability to grow with the company. They constantly help me get better, but also take my feedback and ideas seriously. If it's a good idea, it gets implemented.
Leadership is always available to assist in your success. As an employee, your success is our clients success! Engaging with best practices, continuous training and all the resources to achieve and surpass goals!
Completely open door policy, they're willing to listen to your concerns, but don't really care about retaining employees, the entire focus here is to spend as little money as possible to make as much as possible.
Open and friendly, they don't act like they are above everyone else.
Listening to the staff and training. Leadership seems to always be MIA when you need them and the training is set at an unacceptably low bar. You can expect to be training yourself for the first several months and still not know what you're doing a year later.
It fully encompasses all my needs and offers extra benefits at a reasonable rate
insurance is good. pay is on time weekly.
Regular significant raises and a clear path for advancement
While not the most economical, there are choices for the amount of coverage you have.
The turnover speaks for itself. Stay at the company a week and you'll watch more people walk out the door than you can count on your hand. The people who stay don't get paid well or even as much as the NEW HIRES that join who usually only stay for a few months anyways.
Pay people a living wage and then maybe they will stick around. No wonder most people haven't been there for a year. Only a handful of people stayed there for a couple years.
Everyone wants each other to succeed while staying competitive
Everyone on the team is a hard worker and does the best they can with what they have even when things are tough.
Great designers that work hard.
The most successful people in the company are the team members who really take ownership of their position and department. It's a pleasure to work with so many people who really care about what they're doing for small businesses.
Our team is very close nit. We worry when someone is out sick, step in to help others when their workload is overwhelming.

For a remote company, I still feel like I get to interact with my colleagues and get to know them
Everything is about gettijg a sale no matter the ethics.
Collaborative atmosphere and non-competitive, friendly
Relaxed, fun environment. Regular company events, catered meals, and the best spring picnic and holiday party ever.
Very casual environment. Casual dress, fun atmosphere.
They micro manage everything you do.
Stop micro-managing. Meetings twice a day is ridiculous. Literally go over the same exact thing every time.
They really want to get to know you and your goals. They are completely transparent about the pay and what the day to day will be
I was able to do the interview over webcam
The people but they promise kne thing do another.
It was a relaxed environment and I didn't feel like I was being grilled or asked trick questions. The managers who interviewed me were already familiar with my resume and experience and had clearly prepared well for the interview.
The interview process was very quick. I applied on a Thursday, interviewed on Friday and offered a position on Monday.

The culture and impact we have on our customers
Laughing with co-workers about the struggle.
Autonomy, flexibility, transparency, openness, and confidence in my abilities.
Working with a great team, and knowing that my work is valued and makes a difference for the company and our clients.
Helping small businesses be successful
Issues have consistently been brought to the attention of leadership and quickly brushed off. The programs and processes that are used seem to get worse as time goes by. It's clear people have tried to collaborate to improve things but all the power lays in maybe 2 people's hands.
High overturn rate and low value return.
Stop selling a free service and close down this disgusting business
