Seems extremely slimy. Google provides their maps listings free of charge yet BizIQ comes in and sells them the same thing for $97. Not sure how the company gets away with this and is a google preferred company.

Stop micro-managing. Meetings twice a day is ridiculous. Literally go over the same exact thing every time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay people a living wage and then maybe they will stick around. No wonder most people haven't been there for a year. Only a handful of people stayed there for a couple years.
