And the manager told me that I would be able to be a server in 2-3 months. I was there for 7 months and was never promoted. I've asked about it to other hosts and service assistants and they were promised the same thing, they were also never promoted.- How long do the interviews usually take at BJ's Restaurants?My interview seemed really disorganized. The manager talked to me for maybe 10 minutes before hiring me, but from walking in until leaving I was there for about 40 minutes.
