Working with the students and with the team.

Although the work can sometimes be challenging with our student population, it is incredibly rewarding to see the progress they make. One of the most enjoyable aspects is the teamwork which is a core part of our culture, and there is always support available when we need it.

Great team of people committed to helping our students navigate this time of their lives by being their to mentor, teach, and support their journey.

They value my ideas and input and are responsive to my concerns.
