The meetings are solution focused
We support each other and work together well. We have a collaborative approach to problem solving and completing tasks.

The work can be stressful, but the people are caring and supportive.
Highly engaged team with a commitment to students, families, and our community
Employees all seem to enjoy working with and supporting our students. Different departments work well together.

I met the entire Leadership team.
It is easy and they are through with what to expect from the job
