I feel supported and valued by the leaders and my co-workers. I am satisfied with the volume and variety of work that I get to do in my role. I highly recommend Black Mountain Academy as a place to work.

Although the work can sometimes be challenging with our student population, it is incredibly rewarding to see the progress they make. One of the most enjoyable aspects is the teamwork which is a core part of our culture, and there is always support available when we need it.

Great team of people committed to helping our students navigate this time of their lives by being their to mentor, teach, and support their journey.

They are personable, open to feedback, and willing to engage in thoughtful conversations.
