Mr. Ho served as Senior Vice President of Product & Technology Operations at Sybase, Inc. since January 2007. He served as General Manager of PTO at Sybase, Inc. since January 2007 and served as its Head IPG's Technology Operations. He served as General Manager of OEM Partner Sales at Sybase, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and GM of e-Business Division at Sybase, Inc. since October 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Ho served as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at e-Business Division from July 2001 to October 2001. Before that, he served as Vice President of Product Development, Enterprise Solutions Division, from October 1998 to July 2001. Mr. Ho joined Sybase in 1997 and served as its Director of Engineering.
