Ms. Therese Tucker founded the BlackLine, Inc. (also known as BlackLine Systems, Inc.) in 2011 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since August 2001. Ms. Tucker served as the Chief Technology Officer at SunGard Treasury Systems. She served as Chairman of The Board at BlackLine Inc. and has been its Director since August 2001. She also staffed and managed SunGard's eTreasury development, created an XML standard for treasury and met with Treasurers of Fortune 100 companies to communicate corporate vision as it pertained to the use of technology. She had been head of development of the Global Trader system, an institutional trading and portfolio management system acquired by SunGard in 1997. Outside of her career with SunGard, She developed Tax Answer Scenarios, a tax planning software product that has been marketed to over 1,000 tax preparers and CPA's annually since 1998. She serves as an Executive Director at SLS Breeze Holdings, Inc. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Illinois.
