What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to us, they care deeply about us, our work and the impact we make. Whenever we are stuck they are always there to help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- Acknowledging rising burnout from employees. - Improving employee wellness. Virtual pasta making and workout sessions on a seldom basis are not cutting it. Your employees are exhausted. At least pretend to care. - Providing training and proper mentorship to young/inexperienced management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think base pay and bonus is good but i dont have equity of rsus.
cash and equity are competitive
A comprehensive program that covers my needs.
A fair competitive representation of pay
The best part of my comp package are the RSU's.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is a bit below market value
Base pay is pretty low. Too much of our pay is commission yet it is very difficult to hit our goals and get paid what we deserve.

Zero leadership. Rampant nepotism. Not paid according to market worth. Contracts are treated like 3rd class visitors to the office.
This place operates upside down. The people stab others behind their backs, not a place to work. \n
Pay on ability and experience, Not out dated benchmarking figures. Contract employment is not enjoyable.

Compassion, kindness and supporting each other.
We have quite a diverse team and everyone is willing to help out where necessary.
