Very Good fun enviroment to work

Its fun at time but then it can get boring

Its an amazing enviroment that helps you grow as a person and inspires you

I lost the enthusiasm i had When I first started.

Terrible toxic culture. You will be overworked and underpaid. They pretend to care but do not. They act like they care about diversity and inclusion but it's all an act for publicity.

the manager will hear you out and treat you with respect.

Always open to suggestions, company cares about all of it's employees including field crew.

Member engagment. As most members never see leadership on the gym floor. Listening to fellow employees and staff when it comes to suggestions on how to reach company standards as the FDA and maitnence are the back bone of the company.

Care about their team. Show up authentically.

I feel as if FDAs are constantly blamed for statistical aspects of the company that are not actually or shouldn't be attached to their role. For example: SUS should be something that our personal trainers should be responsible for obtaining.

I feel undervalued because as a personal trainer, it feels like there is very little room for growth.

as a front desk associate we are not treated as a person at all we are just treated as a paycheck.

I want my pay to match the amount guaranteed in my job summary and compensation.

they are energetic and talkative.

the team other than the manager is very friendly

The co-workers i have gotten to know are hard workers save for a few.

Because of poor management unable to keep employees. Constant revolving door hiring. Average time of employement 3-5 weeks before resignation

Better Communication. Respect for each other's wants and needs.

Less meetings, more decisive action.

The PT trainers are very committed.

We must do better as a company when hiring managment roles. I fear the company has been to relaxed and rushed to fill postitions and havent taken the time to hire those fitting of the fitness industry. Ironbound Newark NJ is failing.

Offer more balance and don't stress and overwork.

Desptive and i unethical work practices

Those is position of power are taking advantage of those not. Newark,NJ Ironbounds new managmenthas been employed for only a few months bur has been absent for half the time whilst collecting the pay check. Please look into this location as i was fired when i tried to warn blinl about this.

They take so much money but offer the bare minimal

Treat your employees with the value you demonstrated they had when you first hired them.

Leadership needs to change, high more women and POC.
