What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are all welcoming of each other no matter what.

at least they try to stick to the hours you are available to work

The PT trainers are very committed.

The members and employees that use common sense.

There is opportunity for everyone here

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Manager and local management team

We must do better as a company when hiring managment roles. I fear the company has been to relaxed and rushed to fill postitions and havent taken the time to hire those fitting of the fitness industry. Ironbound Newark NJ is failing.

Offer more balance and don't stress and overwork.
