Member engagment. As most members never see leadership on the gym floor. Listening to fellow employees and staff when it comes to suggestions on how to reach company standards as the FDA and maitnence are the back bone of the company.

I feel as if FDAs are constantly blamed for statistical aspects of the company that are not actually or shouldn't be attached to their role. For example: SUS should be something that our personal trainers should be responsible for obtaining.
I feel undervalued because as a personal trainer, it feels like there is very little room for growth.
as a front desk associate we are not treated as a person at all we are just treated as a paycheck.
I want my pay to match the amount guaranteed in my job summary and compensation.

We must do better as a company when hiring managment roles. I fear the company has been to relaxed and rushed to fill postitions and havent taken the time to hire those fitting of the fitness industry. Ironbound Newark NJ is failing.

Those is position of power are taking advantage of those not. Newark,NJ Ironbounds new managmenthas been employed for only a few months bur has been absent for half the time whilst collecting the pay check. Please look into this location as i was fired when i tried to warn blinl about this.
They take so much money but offer the bare minimal
Treat your employees with the value you demonstrated they had when you first hired them.
Leadership needs to change, high more women and POC.
