they clear the way for employees to be as productive as possible and they have unwavering commitment to the mission
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be people driven and implement culture and processes. Always trying to put out fires which puts everyone behind. Also letting go of good people and keeping the ones that clearly have no vision, don't communicate well with others, and micro manage.
Communication, getting themselves out of the weeds, decision making, sticking to a timeline and path
Understanding humanity. Professionalism. The nepotism is out of control
Trusting their team. They try to micromanage everything and everyone, they make drastic decisions which decrease productivity and get upset when things do not go their way!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is the only thing. No bonuses typically, or increase in stock/pay yearly like other tech companies.

One thing Blink does really well is hire smart, dedicated employees. Everyone seems really behind the mission of the company and, for the most part, we all seem to get along really well.

It is pretty apparent that the C-Level executives favorite employees are the ones who stay the latest. The quality of your work is important, but unfortunately how late you stay appears to be more important to them.
