My salary and bonus structure
I was super happy with the offer that I recieved from Bloomreach and I was shocked to see that it was not just it, there was so much more coming. So Bloomreach offers a lot of perks and benefits over and above your ctc. Which is not so common among product based companies. So Kudos on that.

The benefits are likely average for this type of company; however, they are not as strong as other companies I've worked for. The stock compensation and bonus structure seem low compared to similar companies.
We don't have any benefits beyond healthcare with the company. When joining I thought equity options would be stronger to compensate for the lack of benefits but that was not the case.
