Increased salary to better reflect experience, workload, and quickly rising inflation.

I would love more stock options and an increase in salary to reflect inflation.

The benefits are likely average for this type of company; however, they are not as strong as other companies I've worked for. The stock compensation and bonus structure seem low compared to similar companies.
We don't have any benefits beyond healthcare with the company. When joining I thought equity options would be stronger to compensate for the lack of benefits but that was not the case.
