What are some of the best things about your team?
Although the team is filled with very clever people with lots of experience - there are no ego's - we support each other and share ideas freely, and if one persons solution or idea is improved on by someone else - we all happy - we value all improvements and corrections!

My team consists of amazing people! We share the same values, and working together is always fun. We can rely on each other because everyone brings the same level of quality to their tasks & projects.

The focus always feels like its on the individual, what do they need to succeed, or how can we help them personally and professionally. Bloomreach understand by taking care of their employees needs - then the employees provide better quality work and so this is always a top priority here.

What did you like most about the interview process?
This was the longest interviewing process I've experienced in 20 years and I'm grateful for it. It allowed me to meet all team members, and those outside the team, to get a true perspective on who the company is, what they do, why they do it and why they like working here.
the genuine recruiter is an amazing person, and has worked at the company ever since I joined. She has an amazing impact to make the first experience amazing.
