Im a bit undetermineabout the plan .
you will not get any equity
not fairly compensated compared to the industry

What are some of the best things about your team?
We dont have many but the srea I in we help each other thats teamwork we get the jod done never no excuse but team b4 us leave a lot on us all the time and they work at night when their are less people in the facility

They work hard and anything you ask of them they make sure its done right the first time.
Team is generally dedicated to the company's success. There are many however, who don t care and do the bare minimum. Our team wants to see the company grow and be successful. They focus on quality products and timelines in production for our customers as well as the correct ingredients.

needs leadership to say no to projects, everything is approved and forecasts are made up
