What do you like best about the leadership team?Understands what value I bring.
What do you like best about the leadership team? All appear to have a vested interest in healthcare
What is the best part about your compensation package? You are paid substantially for the work completed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation should be competitive.. Also if the employee is not only holding up to the job responsibility but doing stuff outside of her scope they should be highly compensated. In order for them to continue to doing beyond her scope they should get a higher raise
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hire competant people who really care about the well being of others. Be aware of all of their employees do not let those who do the least work get off the hook. They need to be held acxountable for their lack of input, participation, and assistance. It is not right to have others do all the work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I work remotely so we barely interact
