I like the bonus structure and 401K

Great pay, and great benefits that are extremely reasonably priced. I pay less than $6 per bi-weekly pay for my healthcare.

Severe compensation / workload disparity across the entire company. Some employees make double or more than others for 1/4 the amount of work as some of the younger, newer employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A person should be valued for their education and skill level not judged on their direct verbal communication, observations and opinions which are not in agreement with management.
Treat me like a person and not a number. Quit hiring friends and family over those with experience in the industry. Friends and family csuse disarray.
