Should be called "Blue Prison." Absolutely no room for professional growth or development, they were the first RPA company and pioneered the technology, but went public too soon and made a few people rich. Then they got left in the dust by UiPath (and to a lesser extent, AA).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not sure who is steering the ship.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Felt very conversational, not like a typical interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are people I would have a drink with (or two).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not sure if it can be "saved" and not sure how the company will survive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Multiple employees, myself included, received no raise or promotion for 2 years in a row (sometimes longer), despite going above and beyond our KPIs.
