Multiple employees, myself included, received no raise or promotion for 2 years in a row (sometimes longer), despite going above and beyond our KPIs.

They are people I would have a drink with (or two).
good collaboration, lots of helping and cooperation
They are the best of the best - loads of relevant experience and solid understanding of what works in their areas of expertise. Fresh ideas, collaborative and positive interactions.

trying to do the best to customers

Not sure if it can be "saved" and not sure how the company will survive.
