Blue Shield of California Internship Program

Internship Program (Location: Remote)

Our 10-week Summer Internship Program is an ideal way for both undergrad and graduate students to gain real-life work experience while learning what a career at Blue Shield of California can offer. Interns work on real-world projects and initiatives while being immersed in all aspects of our business. From interacting with senior leadership to visiting a neighborhood health clinic, interns will better understand the diversity and complexities of working in the dynamic world of health insurance and healthcare.

Program type: Paid internship

Timing: 10 weeks, June – August

Locations: Must reside in California

Eligibility: Current graduate and undergrad students with a GPA of at least 3.0 OR recently graduated
