- What needs to change to make the company culture better?There is a strong air of favoritism, and if that is pointed out, those voicing those opinions are treated very differently
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There are consistently meetings about how to cut down on unneeded meetings. This has been the culture for many years, and hasn't changed with the new leadership.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They refuse to admit that less than $.50 a year in a raise is not a fair cost of living increase.
