Work with customers and colleagues, and together find and help each other to provide solutions to any technical issue they are facing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody in the team takes ownership and has a lot of knowledge that they willing to share. And, are all very friendly which creates a nice work area/flow
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes it feels more like a group of friends than it does as a work relation, everybody is very respectful and invites every new member with a warm welcome to the group
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have the best vision on how the company will grow in the future, and they spent a lot of time on culture and diversity, where everybody feels welcomed and not left behind.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My first interview with the company was already some time ago, but I felt immediately welcomed, had a good view of the position I was applying for, and overall spoke more calmly and freely about any topic that came up, without the feeling I couldn't say something
