They seem very conscientious and have good values.
They listen to new ideas, open to change, open door policy.

Our leaders are bosses, they do not show by example but boss others into submissive roles

They have a very high 401K program.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a warm and friendly atmosphere. There is a diverse organic culture mixed with the traditional culture that extends across departments. They are team oriented, people oriented, purposeful and caring.

Our boss is young and believes that everyone should respect her cause shes the boss but she doesbt deserve it
