We are not told some of our sales canceled until we ask where is the pay for the sale and then managers tell us the guest canceled and do not show us anything showing that it was canceled just want us to believe them.

Managers do not care about you. They are never available to speak with you and you are underpaid for your work load along with horrible schedules.
Having zero help and not the right support or material makes it next to impossible to succeed
It is tough to call commission pay plans fair. I feel that the biggest problem with the fairness of the pay plan is the split volume for monthly bonus.

Middle management is closed minded and if it isn't their idea it doesn't go anywhere. Upper management and executives have their favorites who get free rain to do pretty much whatever they want. There is more focus on "back scratching" then giving credit where its ACTUALLY DUE!!!

Anything related to H.R. has been a rather tricky situation since I've joined Bluegreen about a year ago. It's being fixed. Maybe. Hopefully. I'm a hard-working employee, so I work late, I come in early and I feel very pressured to take on way too much of a burden for my current wage.
