Change management there’s nothing you can

Maintenance is bad, housekeeping is horrible, and miss communication between departments specially sales is horrible

Be honest and care about the people executing

The sales people lie to get the customer to buy.

Don't care to answer at this time

The management is terrible and they need new managers and care about their employees

Communication lines need improvement and to let go of staff just to hire a new staff is not good business
