The company is understaffed plain and simple. They’ve stopped recruiting new hires and there’s always at least 100 customers waiting to be helped in the queue. For 15 an hour, the anxiety of dealing with angry customers back to back is not worth

Company keeps pushing more work on us, while giving us no composation for it. Nestle thinks handing us a piece of paper with a star on it or a blue truck, will pay a mortgage. I feel like I'm treated like a kindergartener and not a grown adult in the most expensive state in the U.S.
