  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    My team are all hard workers that genuinely want to do good work for the company. There is a good amount of cross training so we can easily take time off without having to worry about work not getting done.

    Everybody is working with each other as equals to get things done for bmi

    It was during covid, so met up on a park bench, very informal with interesting questions.
