100% paid health and dental insurance. Generous bonus structure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pretend we want to challenge the leaders but we do not offer the packages to attract leading talents and retain our owns (no stocks, under average benefits, lower wages)

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is smart and fun to work with.
People enjoy being with each other
Everyone seems to get along really well. The lower levels of the organization really aren't political and are very supportive

Everyone is open-minded, friendly and fun.
