I love my job mow

It's a pretty good company to work for, they give you gifts and that tells me they appreciate me, which alot of companies don't do

A lot of stipulations, un followed rules and unfair point system.

Amazing company to work for

Employer text employees off hours. Expected to work 10 to 12 hours a day on salary. Raises are rare, if any. Sales reps are paid WAY below average in the US. Employer cusses at employees, his wife is HR so complaints go nowhere. Many employees unhappy at this distributor. Bonuses are very small.

They are very understanding and make the job easy and enjoyable

I can go to my supervisor for anything

Clear communication. Fair compensation and pay. Be polite to your employees. Control their tempers. Provide cell phones & company vehicles for employees. Fair pay,meet national average. Bonuses need to be higher for the work employees do. Improve staffing issues. Raises should at least be yearly.

I like the way i get payed but the manger is taking all my hours because he is being racis to me

I work 4 days a week, medical, vision, dental, paid holidays off

It needs to be more competitive

I go above and beyond, yet raises are rarely given. We all would like to be spoken to with respect, not criticized openly. Boss texts after work hours and complains or cusses is out, that needs to stop. More pay, or at least meet the national average for my current position would be nice.

Some are very nice and most speak spanish

A lot of them are hard workers and only hard workers last

They are all talented people. People who do not try or just do enough to get by, end up leaving as they will not fit in here. For the most part, everyone is positive and competent.

My line always finishes our quota for the day/week

Stop allowing employees who have the most time in bully and control the rest of the team

Some nice people, understanding HR

I work at the corporate office so there are a lot of nice perks and chances for interaction.

Working together as a team.

Upper management needs to change. The distributor owner needs to change to a more positive person. Need to stop abusing employees verbally, mentally, and stop holding bonuses over their heads during the holidays when something doesn't go their way. Pay needs to be better all across the board.

The head of HR and the security supervisor needs to go. They allow person feelings get in the way.

They are very honest people

They were comprehensive and several times asked me if I had any questions. They did not wait or delay in responding. They were respectful of my time.

Working with the co-workers who are positive as a team, when the one employee is not there to bring all the negativity, talk about every person on the line, and spread rumors about nearly everyone.
