I work at the corporate office so there are a lot of nice perks and chances for interaction.

Stop allowing certain employees behavior towards other co-workers to continue. In addition, take control and stop allow the employee to control and bully others

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to change. The distributor owner needs to change to a more positive person. Need to stop abusing employees verbally, mentally, and stop holding bonuses over their heads during the holidays when something doesn't go their way. Pay needs to be better all across the board.
The head of HR and the security supervisor needs to go. They allow person feelings get in the way.
