What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont know much about
Very open to everyone and keep you updated regarding everything happening in the company. They don't try intimidating you, they're very nice/friendly people.
Easy to get in contact with, open about all the companies goals and have open meetings for all employees to provide input on ideas and decisions made by upper management.
We all strive to exceed our goals and achieve them in an efficient manner. We work well together and brainstorm on alternatives for issues that may arise.
Transparancy and inclusion. We all know that our opinions matter.
Very open team willing to listen.
I admire the way our leadership team is willing to offer assistance to anyone at anytime even if it isn't pertaining to their direct team.
They treat you as equals and as a friend. They don't act unapproachable like most ELT in a standard company
They do as much work as everyone and are dedicated to the company.
They give the team the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, and to make decisions independently
