Very open to everyone and keep you updated regarding everything happening in the company. They don't try intimidating you, they're very nice/friendly people.
Easy to get in contact with, open about all the companies goals and have open meetings for all employees to provide input on ideas and decisions made by upper management.
We all strive to exceed our goals and achieve them in an efficient manner. We work well together and brainstorm on alternatives for issues that may arise.

Boatsetter offered me a salary that was extremely accommodating with my across state move.
Compensation is good and reasonably priced.
Reasonable health insurance package, with dental and vision.
If it was more comparable to the market especially in the location.
Starting salaries aren't the greatest but management make sure to give credit to employees who demonstrate their worth.
The pay is good for what we have to do as the work isn't very demanding.
Everyone is down to earth and friendly
It's very easy to communicate with one another, most employees are eager and willing to help their fellow teammates. The higher-ranking employees never belittle other employees and always try their best to make everyone else's job easier.
Everyone cares and is willing to work hard.
One of the best things about Boatsetter's team is that each and every one of them are incredibly reliable. In start up culture, it is crucial to know that you can rely on each other to ensure that the job gets done!
We assess every day what the plans are and what we're going to be working on. As well what our goals should be day in and day out.
Everyone forms cliques similar to high school and its hard to enter these pre made groups, especially if your female. The office is kind of male dominated
The monthly open forum meetings where all employees gather to review company progress and future goals, this is the best time to give your opinion on any subject and receive feedback.
We all work to get things done. That's the motto here, we strive to exceed our goals and do it with a positive attitude.
Really open to new ideas
The most positive aspect of our company culture is that it is understood to feel overwhelmed. And when you hit this point, you can take out your stress by playing a quick game of foosball.

It did not feel like an interview. I did not feel pressured or nervous. That's what made me want to start working for the company right away.
I was living in another city at the time so my manager allowed me to interview via skype, which was incredibly considerate.

Flexibility. Management is fairly considerate of all employees personal lives and is lenient when out-of-work duties come up. It makes me extremely happy knowing that for whatever necessity, if I need to take some time off, little to no questions are asked. This system of trust goes both ways.
