I never get a thankyou its always something when all i do is go above and beyond for that placd
If i have to do others jobs besides my own which servers only make 2.62 per hr i should make a different wage
Yes and every employee is undervalued
They pay you a non living wage and then say you can work 30 hours a week and schedule you for five hours that week and expect you to be ok with it.
To actually get a bonus. And they under pay their managers
Servers shouldn't have a lower minimum wage. Customers think of a tip as a bonus for good service, but really it's just filling in the rest of the money to make my minimum wage job equal to every other minimum wage job.

when I first started working there they paid be as a server and I made under min wage even though they moved me to kitchen prep the second day they still payed me as a server
