What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A real leader with experience and knowledge. Someone that leads by example, someone that takes charge. Someone stronger then the rest of their team. A leader.
Being inside and doing their jobs instead of smoking
Everything they need to listen more
They need to learn the laws around firing someone.
They could be effective leaders.
Listen to your employees. Be accountable for your actions.
Modernization. Remote work capability. Empathy and caring for talent rather than being fine if good talent leaves because of corporate edicts.
They need to learn how to read the work schedule to be able to know who's supposed to be working and who isn't.
