A real leader with experience and knowledge. Someone that leads by example, someone that takes charge. Someone stronger then the rest of their team. A leader.
Being inside and doing their jobs instead of smoking

Finding a better job that is not so degrading

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never get a thankyou its always something when all i do is go above and beyond for that placd
If i have to do others jobs besides my own which servers only make 2.62 per hr i should make a different wage
Yes and every employee is undervalued
They pay you a non living wage and then say you can work 30 hours a week and schedule you for five hours that week and expect you to be ok with it.
To actually get a bonus. And they under pay their managers

We all want to give good service
Being around people who are nice
There is only one guy that works at night Jake and he does a great job

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Taking pride in their work. We have a few others don't have the pride and their work shows. Incomplete task, never set up for success.

They shouldnt hire so many teenagers. There should be at least 1 adult experienced per every 3 first job timers instead of 1 for every 10.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It almost pays the bills
The other people that I work with and the regular. Customers are like family
Just working with some of the people is enough to make you smile mostly
The most positive is that they tolerate each other, behind every ones backs its constant bickering
Payday is the only thing I want from you.

Having are old general manager back
Put more care for the employees and a better product will follow

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Answering applications and not hiring just anybody
They got me working incredibly quickly and did not train me at all. Employees constantly complained behind my back when I did something they thought was wrong. And they take your social security number and sign you up for a debit card behind your back.
Stop hiring people who are in work release.
They need to be friendlier to prospective employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management including but not limited to the regional manager of the Vice President and general manager, have no idea how to actually run a restaurant. They need input on how to create great moral amongst the workers
I think this style of food and dining is dying the only people who eat here are old or desperate
They need to start at the top, cut out all the spending on wasteful promotional and menu items and then start hiring managers that actually care

Not everyone does their fair share of work, this could be improved by having a manager check to ensure everyone does their fair share at the end of each shift
