If i have to do others jobs besides my own which servers only make 2.62 per hr i should make a different wage
Yes and every employee is undervalued
They pay you a non living wage and then say you can work 30 hours a week and schedule you for five hours that week and expect you to be ok with it.
To actually get a bonus. And they under pay their managers

Answering applications and not hiring just anybody
They got me working incredibly quickly and did not train me at all. Employees constantly complained behind my back when I did something they thought was wrong. And they take your social security number and sign you up for a debit card behind your back.
Stop hiring people who are in work release.

The management including but not limited to the regional manager of the Vice President and general manager, have no idea how to actually run a restaurant. They need input on how to create great moral amongst the workers
I think this style of food and dining is dying the only people who eat here are old or desperate
They need to start at the top, cut out all the spending on wasteful promotional and menu items and then start hiring managers that actually care
