A lot of room to grow is needed but no leadership guidance is availible

Less knowledgeable employees getting paid as much as senior members simply because we share the same title everyone's salary changed to be the same

Degrading and making fun of employees who have questions. No team mentality but rather look at me.

More professional leadership, being reasonable. Not everything is gonna be perfect,

less micromanaging, find ways to catch employees doing something right rather than looking for mistakes and berating us for 30 minutes everyday
