Customer Service regarding cashiers leaves room for significant improvement

What do you value most about this brand?

I love the way the bobs shoes are made so that they fit comfortably below the ankle and are such a quality type shoe. I literally have four pairs of Bob's shoes that I have worn until they literally have fallen apart.
