Customer Service needs to provide solutions, not only be a therapist and always say, "There is nothing we can do."
I love the way the bobs shoes are made so that they fit comfortably below the ankle and are such a quality type shoe. I literally have four pairs of Bob's shoes that I have worn until they literally have fallen apart.
