Typical structured interview. Once you get to the interview stage, they have already had a good look into who you are and your qualifications. There are cases during the training that basically states employment will be terminated if you cannot pass the training class final assesment.

Boeing's interview process is a waste of time. Questions asked are irrelevant to the job you are interviewing for. It's more like PC questions they ask. I believe Boeing misses out hiring a lot of smart and innovated people due to their poor Interview process.

It is typically a panel interview and ALL applicants are asked the same set of questions. I have been on both sides as one of the interviewees and one being interviewed.

I am not a big fan of the questions asked because they are not specific enough for the jobs

Standard structured interviews. "Tell me about a time when..." "Give us an example of a when you..."

Very inflexible, canned questions of a structured interview. Very wasteful and ineffective. Cannot stray from the canned questions.

I wasn’t keen on the questions, they had very little about the job at hand.
