What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less delegation to the support staff
Actually walk and look and listen. You will see and hear what is right and what needs work.
Communication is the key to success
The leadership at my facility need to listen to the staff when asked for their opinion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 weeks paid vaca- overtime if wanted, insurance packages etc
We need better medical insurance
The ability to add money to an HRA by taking classes exercising etc
It's very fair and above average in the field.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market value pay seems higher at other institutions bit not all
We work too much for this low of pay
I work hard and then am forced to use my PTO and even take unpaid time off.

Very diverse group with great ideas

The people make it positive . Whether they are having a hard life at home they are here to give great care
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More nursing staff to cover shortages, more rooms to increase patient flow, leadership that is qualified to be in the position.

Interview by a group of people
They actually seem to screen for the best fit to the position.

We are a health facility. Our functions and get togethers should be valuing our health. Too much unhealthy type events.
HUGE nursing and staff shortage. We need to be more competitive with our pay and benefits.
