The people make it positive . Whether they are having a hard life at home they are here to give great care

The workers are nice and good

Connection to the mission and its Biblically based principles.

Very comfortable and warm environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More nursing staff to cover shortages, more rooms to increase patient flow, leadership that is qualified to be in the position.
