They need to treat their employees better, close on thanksgiving or work themselves, and get better coupons!
Listen to their employees and understand they are people too

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How about offering anything. We get nothing
They allow people with horrible customer service to work there as long as they get credit cards. Also drugs are allowed on premises without any problems
What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy to get along with and fun work environment
We never have the ability to voice our concerns.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are nice but we get a lot of bad apples along the lines
There are no rules on attendance or actions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse in skill levels
Everyone, for the most part, get along well.

Have consequences for actions good or bad
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were polite and not intimidating at all
The friendliness of all the interviewers.
It was friendly and I didn’t feel overwhelmed
