  • It all depends on your manager. My manager would let us make up any overtime from oncall or projects. Most wont. IT is very thin here, so expect a lot of last minute overtime. October - January expect to work 60+ hours in most groups. Rest of the year 45+. 24/7 on call, some departments have rotation, most don’t.
