not a good environment really
Poor treatment of freelancers who are expected to kiss up to management and do a lot of free work. They need to spend less time congratulating themselves for values they preach but don't practice and learn to actually practice them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fits my needs for my family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It doesn't seem that way at first, but internally the company is a mess. They don't listen and the whole company is built on the back of unpaid work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cool and calm always ready to help
There are a lot of great people in spite of poor management.
