No confidence in CEO and senior leadership who are looking to save pennies and reward shareholders by looking to cut people. High turnover in leadership and new leaders have corporate profits in mind first.
Please stop cutting jobs and making heavy use of temp workers and contractors. Morale in the company is low due to low investment in workers and lack of career options for anyone not in the dev teams.
