A bunch of individualists that know what they're doing. We are all different and yet have common values that make us a good effective team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is great especially with the introduction of additional benefits for UK based employees. The fact that you get great perks of coming to the office. Every little helps

I am treated as an individual, a professional who matters. What we bring to the organisation is celebrated and respected. Neither of my previous employers have made it so clear and easy to know my role and my overall place in the overall success.
