They are very approachable and down-to-earth. I also like the diversity wrt to their backgrounds and culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very pragmatic culture where across most levels in the organization, people are action-oriented and have a hands-on mentality. It's not hierarchical and there's quite a bit of room for initiative
