What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Resilience, we are in this together

What are some of the best things about your team?

Support, hard working, kind people

What makes you most happy at work?

Results paying off hard work, being fairly valued, being listened, being appreciated and recognized

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am the lowest paid people manager in my extended team because I have climbed the ladder internally, I have to leave and come back to get a more fair salary (and probably a sign-in bonus)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to employee feedback. Acknowledge that people want to be in the future with hybrid working, extended work from abroad options, realistic targets and promote more internally. We are losing talent, history (long tenured booking.com employees) because of red tape and strict internal mobility pol
