The balance Booking provides across the board (work/life balance, career opportunities, internal groups/clubs, solid team structure etc.) allows you to be your best self, feel confident and important, work hard and have fun!
What are some of the best things about your team?
By far the nicest team I have ever worked with. It's not cut throat and competitive like other companies. Everyone wants those around them to succeed. You feel like you're part of something bigger than the work you're doing. This is my forever home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a place for you to be your true self. You're encouraged to do so. Booking is just about as open and as accepting to all as you will find. There is also a true work/life balance. Most companies will say it. Booking makes sure of it.
